  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1-inch bread cubes
  • 1 C. thick cream


First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Next, lightly grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan or glass dish with cooking spray.

Next, in a large bowl, mix half and half, 3/4 cup honey, cinnamon, salt, eggs and yolks, and bananas until well incorporated. Thus, add the bread and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz. semisweet chocolate


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Then, in a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Now, in another medium bowl, mix the bananas and vanilla.

With the mixer on medium speed, in a bowl, beat the butter and sugar for 3 minutes or until fluffy. Then beat the eggs, 1 at a time. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture alternately with the banana mixture, beginning and ending with the flour.

Divide between 6 disposable bread liners (1/4-pound). So you will bake the loaves for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in trays on a wire rack.
